Unlike smart devices, the ZQ-B20 requires manual trimming. The manual details how to adjust the Min Speed , Max Speed , and Torque Boost using a small screwdriver on onboard potentiometers (often labeled VR1, VR2).
The B20 series often uses tiny red DIP switches to set the motor's operating frequency (50Hz vs 60Hz) or the input signal type (0-10V vs 4-20mA). The manual contains the "truth table" for these switches. Without it, the unit defaults to a factory setting that may not match your motor.
