Looking back, 1995 feels like the last year before the internet rewired our brains. It was the last moment when people acted out for the sake of acting out, not for the likes. It was uninhibited . uninhibited 1995
So here is to 1995. The year of the velvet choker and the oversized flannel. The year of the CD longbox and the video rental store. The year we were loud, wrong, and completely, gloriously uninhibited. Nobody was optimizing for an algorithm
