Keoma is a lone drifter who returns to his hometown in the American West. He finds that his mother has died, and his half-brother, a sadistic and ruthless man named Luke, has taken over the local church, using it as a cover for his illicit activities. Keoma decides to stay and exact revenge on Luke and his henchmen.
