Your phone will restart and begin the reset process. This may take 2–5 minutes. Use this method if you cannot access Settings or the phone is stuck in a boot loop. Tap Backup & Reset or Reset Phone
Open the Settings app.
Tap Erase Everything or Confirm .
Highlight Factory data reset (or Confirm ) and press Power . How to Hard Reset TECNO Pop 8
Wait for the process to complete. A message will appear: “Data wipe complete.”
