Most generic boards require the firmware file to have a specific name. Not daewoo_update.bin , but MERGE.bin , AMUpdate.bin , or CHASSIS_ID.bin . If the USB drive is formatted to FAT32 and the file name is off by one letter, the TV will ignore it.
Go to Google. Search "TSUMV59" firmware download . You will find universal firmware for that chipset. Daewoo did not customize the software; they just changed the boot logo.
