I ran into a massive roadblock while trying to 100% sync my game. I renovated all the shops, landmarks, and sewers in Rome, but my "Investments" under the Economy tab kept saying "Disconnected." The game doesn't automatically link your renovated buildings to your bank. You have to manually "connect" the district hubs.
