Armonia is an elegant word. It rolls off the tongue softer than its English cousin, "harmony." It implies not just the absence of conflict, but the presence of a beautiful arrangement. Over the past few months, I’ve realized that Armonia isn't a destination you arrive at; it is a practice. Here is how we can tune our lives to its frequency. 1.
