Present. Jasmine walks into Room 412. Irene is sitting up, lucid for once. She smiles.

Carter’s slip reads: “The old print shop on 5th. Your brother, DANNY.” all it took was a dare - s26-e6

: “And now you want forgiveness?”

The door opens. Samira steps in, confused. Present

Danny walks over. For a terrifying second, he looks like he might swing. Instead, he pulls Carter into a fierce, broken hug. She smiles

: “And you looked fantastic . No, this is real. One dare. One night. Everything changes. I dare one of you… to tell a complete, honest, brutal truth to the person you’ve been lying to most.”

Flashback: Danny (28, recovering addict) and Carter were once inseparable. Two years ago, Danny asked Carter for $5,000 to “start a business.” Carter knew it was for drugs. He gave him the money anyway—then told their parents Danny stole it. Danny was disowned. He’s been clean for eight months now, but Carter has never admitted the truth.
